Refund Policy

We really hope you love your pieces as much as we love making them. However if for any reason you would like to return your piece then please email us at hello@letliceramics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

In the unlikely event of your order arriving damaged please do contact on us hello@letliceramics.co.uk with photos and we will aim to replace your order as soon as possible. 

Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customer's responsibility until we receive it back - we, therefore, suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

We won't refund made-to-order or custom pieces unless it breaks within 28 days or arrives broken.
