How do I look after my new Letli piece?
Hand wash is preferable for longevity, however all pieces are dishwasher safe and microwaveable. Please keep in mind that there is a risk of damage when putting any ceramic item into the dishwasher or microwave. Other than that we have made the pieces with high quality stoneware clay to make it extra strong and durable so please enjoy these pieces as much as you would like, All pieces are made to be used and to last through the years.
How do I get customised pieces or collaboration?

How do you pack your items?
We take a lot of time and care to pack your orders. Each piece is wrapped in two layers of eco friendly honeycomb bubble wrap to keep it from touching anything, a little tissue paper, a cute sticker and then popped in a box filed with eco peanuts to ensure a tight fit. When you're done with your packaging you can place the whole package in your recycling bin and if you tip the eco peanuts in your sink and pour water over them they will dissolve! like magic!
Is international shipping available?
Yes, international shipping is available.
What if my piece arrives broken?
If any pieces are broken on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, via email or through the contact page and we will try our best to get it resolved for you.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We do not offer any returns or refunds for unwanted items. We love to know that our customers love their pieces as much as we do so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us vis email or the contact page and we will try our best to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
